Association Management

Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is a permanently operating consulting body that contributes to the successful implementation of the Association’ goals. The Members of the Board of Trustees participate in the working out of strategic plans and recommendations for the development of individual areas, as well as facilitate the attraction of scientific and commercial partners.

Departments

Departments are permanently operating structures by areas of activities; their competencies include the development and solution of problems in a particular area.

Association Board

The Association Board is a permanently operating collegial executive body of the Association. The Board resolves on the activities of the Association, present the issues for consideration by the General Meeting of the Members, establishes permanent or temporary sections according to the activities, as well as approves Regulations on them.

Director of the Association

The Director of the Association is the sole executive body of the Association to manage the current activities of the Association, act on behalf of it, represent its interests in relations with other organizations, institutions, before federal, regional and local authorities and government agencies.
